UNVEILING OF THE WOODCOTE MILLENNIUM GREEN DISPLAY PANEL
December 3rd was an important day for the Trustees of the Woodcote Millennium Green in Epsom. The unveiling of the Information Display Panel was the culmination of six years hard work by a group of local residents who have transformed a barely accessible 6 acre wilderness of brambles into an area of pleasant and easily accessible woodland walks.
The Surrey Gardens Trust were pleased to be able to make a donation towards the Display Panel and Jill Leggatt represented the Trust at the unveiling ceremony. The official ceremony was followed by chocolate bars to keep the cold at bay and a tour of the Green.
